Toad in the Hole is a Yorkshire Pudding with a sausage in the middle of it, baked together in the oven.

Ingredients Procedure
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius.
  2. Bake the sausages in a loaf pan for 10 minutes.
  3. Add yorkshire pudding batter to the hot tray. You may need to add a bit of oil or fat if the sausages don't produce enough.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 40 to 45 minutes.
  5. Remove and serve when risen, firm and brown.
